Advanced Aesthetics Ink  Client Appointment Agreement

We understand that your time is very valuable. Accommodating each individual’s appointment needs can be challenging. By adhering to a thorough appointment agreement, we can offer more availability to everyone’s busy schedules. We are continuously striving to improve your experience with us and are open to your feedback. Your appointment is a commitment of time between you and our office and we ask that you make every effort to keep that commitment.

Appointment Confirmation Policy:

You will be sent a text message and an email to confirm your appointment has been scheduled. 3 days prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder email and then receive a text message requesting that you reply “C” to confirm your appointment. That confirmation text alerts our scheduling system and inform us that you do intend to keep your scheduled appointment. It is followed by a message requesting that you contact the office if you have recently been exposed to sun (this refers to very tan within a week or sunburned within two weeks) or if you have started antibiotics within two weeks.  We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not confirm within 24 hours of its scheduled time however we will do our best to contact you before doing so.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to our staff and in an effort to keep appointments available for others, we do require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Reschedule/cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time may result in a late cancellation fee of $50. ALL no-show appointments (missed appointments without notice or same day cancellations) will automatically result a $50 fee. We value your business and do understand things may come up and we will take emergencies into consideration. However, as a courtesy to our team and to remain fair to others that have wanted unavailable dates/times we must ensure that everyone remains mindful of our policy.

Pay Per Treatment:

$50 fee for all reschedules/cancellations appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice and all missed appointments without notification.

Prepaid Packages:

All reschedule/cancellation appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice and all missed appointments will count as a treatment. Clients have the option of paying a $50 late cancellation fee to keep the appointment for another date. Free treatments associated with packages will be forfeited when missed appointments occur on the day of these visits.

If you are unable to reach us directly by phone, reschedule/cancellation requests may be submitted via voicemail or text message. Please do not use social media as a means of contact for reschedule/cancellation requests.

We will make every effort to stay on time to eliminate unnecessary wait times.  As a courtesy to all clients, late arrivals may shorten your treatment time or require you to be rescheduled which may result in a late cancellation fee if there are repeat occurrences

Policy on Children:

We love children! For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are prohibited from being in the treatment room with you. Please make arrangements as children are required to be under adult supervision while in the waiting area.
